HOW TO RETURN YOUR PURCHASE?
 

According to the Consumer Code, the Client may withdraw from the Conditions and therefore from the purchase agreement for any reason, without need for an explanation and without incurring any penalty, within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of receiving the products.
 

To request a return send an e-mail to info@iceplay.com, indicating the article you wish to return, order number, name and email address used at the time of purchase. Our customer service will respond by providing the procedure to follow, which may vary by country.
 

The refund will be made with the same payment method used to confirm the order, within 14 days after the request, after verifying if the right of withdrawal can be applied. Before we have to check the status of the returned items.
